How holders drive PMO success
Youssef Mouzahem, Saudi Arabia
What makes this certification powerful is that it’s built on real successes and failures from years of PMO practice. It gives you a proven approach to establishing, integrating, and positioning PMOs in a way that business leaders can trust.
José L. Sosa Sulbaran, Spain
The certification deepened my focus on benefits realization across the portfolio rather than just scope, time, and cost. It helped me have more intentional, executive-level conversations and apply a structured approach within an existing PMO.
Andrea Monroy, Colombia
Before the certification, I tried to replicate what worked in a large organization. PMI-PMOCP helped me understand that I don’t need to copy—I need to build based on the organization’s real needs. That shift had a major impact.
