### Certification Requirements
- **High School (or Secondary School) Diploma or Higher**  
You qualify with a high school diploma or international equivalent.
- **Agile Experience**  
You must meet ONE of the following:
  - 2 years of agile experience (in the past 5 years)
  - Degree from GAC-accredited program, plus 1 year of agile experience
  - Third-party agile certification, plus 1 year of agile experience
  - PMP® certification
- **Agile Training**  
You’ll need 21 hours of formal training in agile practices:
